How long does it take to set up?
We aim to set up your account and start taking your calls the same day that you book our services.
Can you do more than just take a message?
Yes. Of course we can. We're your assistant. We understand you need to make the most out of every sales lead who calls your business line. For an additional set-up fee plus the cost of the diverted call, we can patch through calls to you. Just like your own personal receptionist, we will announce the caller on the line and allow you to decide whether you want us to patch through the call or take a message.
We can provide other administrative tasks relating to the call, such as appointment booking, completing an order form, gathering marketing information such as where they heard about your company or updating your customer relationship management system.
Add £3 per additional service.
For example, if you wanted us to give information to your callers, we would charge £4.50 per message. £3 for the additional service of giving information to the caller plus the £1.50 for taking the message.
Getting help following up with your sales leads or recording your sales leads accurately can help convert more leads to customers. This usually helps the cost of your Telephone Answering Service pay for itself.
Is it easy to cancel?
Definitely. Simply send us an email. We need 30 days notice to cancel your basic monthly plan. If you just need our services for temporary cover, please let us know before the work starts. Then you only pay the standard monthly charge. If we take more than 10 messages, we will invoice you for £1.50 per message when you return.
