How do I sign-up?

You can sign-up for our call answering service in 3 easy steps. 

1. Complete the quick set-up form

2. Pay the £25 pre-payment
When you complete the booking form, you can choose to request an invoice and pay by BACS bank transfer or pay by card on our website.

If you select invoice, we will email you an invoice.

- If you select pay by card, after submitting your form make your payment on our Buy Services page.

3. Set up the call divert on your phone. 
We will send you a dedicated number for you to divert your calls to. 

 How does this work?

  • You purchase the basic monthly package that includes 5 free calls costing £25. You can also purchase additional pre-pay calling. 
  • We'll provide you with an phone number for you to divert your business line and/or mobiles, too.
  • You set up call forwarding with your landline/mobile provider & divert phones to us. Please ask your phone company how much they charge for the call divert service. (It's not much.)
  • We answer your calls "Good morning/afternoon, YOUR COMPANY NAME" and send messages to you by email. We can also send messages by SMS text for an additional fee. 
  • We alert you when calling credit is running low.

How long does it take to set up?
We aim to set up your account and start taking your calls the same day that you book our services.

Can you do more than just take a message? 
Yes. Of course we can. We're your assistant. We understand you need to make the most out of every sales lead who calls your business line. For an additional set-up fee plus the cost of the diverted call, we can patch through calls to you. Just like your own personal receptionist, we will announce the caller on the line and allow you to decide whether you want us to patch through the call or take a message. 

We can provide other administrative tasks relating to the call, such as appointment booking, completing an order form, gathering marketing information such as where they heard about your company or updating your customer relationship management system.

Add £3 per additional service. 

For example, if you wanted us to give information to your callers, we would charge £4.50 per message. £3 for the additional service of giving information to the caller plus the £1.50 for taking the message. 

Getting help following up with your sales leads or recording your sales leads accurately can help convert more leads to customers. This usually helps the cost of your Telephone Answering Service pay for itself. 

What happens if I run out of calling credits?
We ask that you pre-pay for your calls. This helps you to keep an eye on costs. Don't worry, we'll give plenty of notice when you're credits are running low. 


Is it easy to cancel?
Definitely. Simply send us an email. We need 30 days notice to cancel your basic monthly plan. If you just need our services for temporary cover, please let us know before the work starts. Then you only pay the standard monthly charge plus any pre-pay credits you need. Any unused calling credits will be stored on your account for one year.
