How does this service work?
We provide a range of follow up services ranging from simply creating a customer database from your business cards to sending follow up emails or making follow up calls on your behalf. We can even schedule an email marketing campaign for you.
1. BUSINESS CARD DATABASE All data from each business card you collect will be added to your database, emailed to you in .csv and Excel format and stored securely in the cloud (free trail CRM).
2. FOLLOW UP EMAIL We will send a personalised email with your wording and logo to each of your new contacts.
3. EMAIL WRITING SERVICE We will draft the follow up email
4. FOLLOW UP CALL We will check the number against the Telephone Preference Service and make a follow up call on your behalf with a message of you choosing. Call units last up to 5 minutes. If the call is slightly over 5 minutes, you will still only be charged for one call unit.As part of 1 unit cost, if there is no answer, we will make a second call at a different time/day. If a 3rd attempt is required we will leave a voicemail message of your choosing.
5. APPOINTMENT SETTING You share your calendar with us or supply us with a list of available dates and booking instructions. We'll call your contact list and ask to schedule appointments.
6. DIRECT MAIL We have an excellent arrangement with a printer that will allow us to print and send business letters, flyers or information packs direct to your contact database.
